Cobra announces integration of their two UK subsidiaries

Cobra is delighted to announce the completion on Friday 30th April of the integration of their Sunbury based Automotive Electronic Systems subsidiary and their Sale based Stolen Vehicle Tracking subsidiary into one business trading as Cobra UK Limited. The Sunbury site previously traded as Cobra Automotive Technologies UK Limited. There are no other structural or operational changes to either business unit.

Burglars are targeting houses, not only for jewellery, cash and electricals, but specifically for vehicle keys. Many of these cars are ‘stolen to order’, by professional criminals and a significant percentage of those, not recovered within 72 hours, are taken out of the UK.
